Role:
I worked as the lead writer for the main device in 4G packet core system
Project:
A world known telecom manufacturer developed its 4G packet core system, including several main devices. Teams of software engineers maintain the software updates and I was responsible for documentation. The project involved cooperation with several teams locally and many experts from around the world, communication by face-to-face conversation, mails and video meetings. Then I could fully understand the technical specifications and wrote the product information documents.

Experience in enterprise software
Role:
I worked as the technical writing lead for the report designer software component.
Project:
The report designer is the main user interface for the whole software pack. I was responsible for completing the user guide updates for a main version upgrading. I actively communicated with developing engineers and managed my team members, reported to up-level lead to update the technical documents. We co-worked with colleagues from other sites based in China and those from the US headquarters.
