Hello,
My name is Hala Badawy , I’m 26 years old .
I'm from Cairo ,Egypt.
I graduated from the faculty of Information System Management in 2016 .
I’m a native Arabic speaker
And excellent at spoken and written English

My work experiance is Real estate marketing and sales , my duties were (Making real estate ads. Receiving customers calls to answer their inquiries and schedule an appointment with them .Persuading them to buy the property).

Then I worked as a freelancer my duties were making ads on free websites (freelancing).

After that I worked as a Front Office agent in (Du UAE English Account at Teleperformance Egypt) my duties were handling client requests and inquiries about anything that belongs to their phone SIM Cards (Lines)
then I got promoted to be a Back Office agent .This position requires a specific set of skills;
A.very good computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet, Fast typing, Research skills)
B.calculation skills .
C.very good negotiation skills (because I’m dealing with very angry clients and my responsibility here is to transfer this anger to satisfaction to achieve my targets )
D.problem solving .

After that I got promoted for the 2nd time to be customer relation agent (Recovery) then I got promoted for the 3rd time to tier 3 Customer Relation department (TRA).
