Work Terms

We typically require a specific set of deliverables or RFP (Request for Proposal) before we begin work, especially if we've never worked together before. We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. We may or may not require a deposit before beginning work. We do not typically work on an hourly basis but provide flat-rate quotes. We do offer monthly, quarterly and annual support contracts at discounted rates.
