Vanessa Campbell’s fifteen-year career includes content management, communication management, and integrated marketing. Before her roles as writer/editor at BNY Mellon and content manager at Wells Fargo, she enjoyed eight years at a global engineering consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. There she managed the company's internal and external websites, corporate and marketing communication, and national Client Care Program. Vanessa is proficient in many software tools including InfoPath, RoboHelp, SharePoint, Sitecore, Vignette, and WordPress (online content); Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics (online analytics); InDesign and Photoshop (graphics); Novatus and Vision CRM (contracts/clients); and MS Office including Access. She knows C, CSS, and HTML languages, is familiar with JavaScript, and understands ADA/508 compliance, IA/UX design, SEO/SEM practices, and W3C standards for websites. Vanessa earned a BA in English from the University of Tennessee in 1999.
