I can assist in developing and managing community engagement processes, as well as provide data and research, technical writing, and program development.

Development Consultant
I work with clients to help them achieve their development goals. I can come in early with a client to help them define their goals and identify specific land for development, write funding and grant applications, prepare financial proformas for the development, and assist with the procurement and management of the range of development consultants and contractors. I can assist with community outreach.

Meet the Team

Work Terms

I am working on Pacific Standard Time and generally have a flexible schedule. I am seeking work that is a minimum 4 hours. My preferred communication style is via email, but I am not opposed to phone or in-person communication. I am willing to do "one-off" jobs, but also interested in establishing long-term relationships with organizations across the country. My preferred method of payment is by check or direct deposit.
