Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available for flexible hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability if required. My typical working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, but I can adjust to accommodate your project needs.

Communication: I communicate via Guru messages or other preferred platforms. Daily, Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins can be scheduled to ensure alignment on goals and progress.

Payment Terms:

Hourly work is billed based on actual hours tracked.
Fixed-price projects require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Invoices are submitted weekly or at project milestones for longer-term engagements.

Turnaround Time: I strive to deliver all tasks promptly, with realistic timelines discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Revisions: Fixed-price projects include up to two rounds of revisions, ensuring the final deliverable meets your expectations. Additional revisions may be discussed for an additional fee.

Confidentiality: I adhere to strict confidentiality protocols. Any information shared during our collaboration will remain private and secure.
