For the previous 10 years, I have worked as a Creative Art Director for worldwide and national advertising agencies, as well as other businesses such as IT, eCommerce, automobiles, hospitality, FMCG, and many other digital enterprises, allowing me to utilize and enhance my talents in the following areas:
• Direct marketing materials concept formulation, design contribution, and execution.
• Can think conceptually and brainstorm ideas in a wider group.
• Have a solid theoretical and practical understanding of typography, photography, and design.
• Capable of creating brand-appropriate design across different touchpoints.
• Versatile in combining design direction and communication in a cohesive way.
• Have advanced knowledge of Indesign, Xd, Illustrator, and Photoshop as they pertain to the design and technical production of print work.
• In terms of design and marketing, fluent in today's technology and media.
Work Terms
The Designer agrees he will remain the sole provider for the term of this project.
All work will remain unique, original, and free of any plagiarism.
If the Scope of work changes during the project’s completion additional costs may occur.
The designer will submit any price changes to the Client prior to beginning such tasks.
A deposit of 50% will be due to the Designer prior to the start of any work, the remaining amount will be paid on completion of the job before delivering Final Project.
Client Approval
The Client will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalization and submission. Furthermore, the Client will have permission to accept the work and request another round with revisions if needed.
Termination
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice. Upon cancellation of this freelance graphic design contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination. Should the Client choose to cancel this project after the project’s completion, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.
Agreement
Depositing the initial amount represents the party’s final and complete understanding of this job and the subject matter discussed in this Contract. This Contract supersedes all other contracts (both written and oral) between the parties.
Support
The Designer will not provide support for any deliverable once the client accepts it unless otherwise agreed in writing.
