Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I offer flexible working hours to accommodate clients from different time zones. While I primarily work from 9 AM to 6 PM (your local time), I am available for meetings and updates outside these hours upon request. My goal is to ensure smooth and effective communication and project progress, regardless of time differences.

Payment Terms:

Project-Based Payments: For fixed-price projects, a mutually agreed-upon milestone payment structure will be established. An initial deposit is required before the start of the project, with subsequent payments tied to key milestones and final delivery.
Hourly Payments: For ongoing or hourly projects, I use time-tracking software to log hours accurately. Invoices will be sent weekly or bi-weekly, with payments due within 7 days of receipt.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Other payment methods can be arranged based on client preferences.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and satisfaction for both parties.
Preferred Communication Style:

Email: For detailed discussions, project briefs, and formal communications, email is my preferred method. I strive to respond within 24 hours to ensure timely updates and feedback.
Instant Messaging: For quick questions, updates, and informal communication, I am available on platforms like Slack, Skype, or WhatsApp. This helps maintain a seamless flow of information.
Video Calls: Regular video calls via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams can be scheduled for project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and in-depth discussions. This ensures clarity and alignment on project goals.
Project Management Tools: I am proficient with tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira for task management and progress tracking. I am open to using the client's preferred project management system to enhance collaboration.
Flexibility and Availability:
I understand the dynamic nature of projects and the need
