Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available to work on editing projects Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arabian Standard Time (GMT+3).
I am available for urgent requests or emergencies outside of regular hours, but please note that responses may be delayed.

Payment Terms:

I accept payments through bank transfer, PayPal, or card.
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the final edited document.

Preferred Communication Style:

I prefer to communicate primarily via emails or instant messaging platforms (e.g. Whatsapp, Messages).
I respond to messages within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Project Timeline:

I typically complete projects within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
I will provide regular updates on project progress and communicate any changes or issues that may arise.

Revision Policy:

I allow for up to two rounds of revisions on each project.
Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the edited document.
Additional revisions may be accepted at my discretion.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

I understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials.
I will not disclose or share client information with any third party without explicit consent.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute or disagreement, I am committed to working collaboratively with clients to resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached, we will seek mediation or arbitration services as necessary.
