Work Terms

Availability: Based in Pakistan (GMT+5), available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (local time). Flexible to accommodate various time zones.

Communication: Preferred channels are Guru, Mail, Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype. Responses within 24 hours on business days.

Project Management: Utilizing Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management and regular project updates.

Payment Terms: A 50% upfront deposit is required for fixed-price projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For hourly projects, weekly invoices will be issued. Payments must be made through Guru’s SafePay or similar secure systems.

Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions; additional revisions can be negotiated and billed separately.

Deadlines: Timelines will be agreed upon before project commencement, ensuring timely delivery with prompt client feedback.

Confidentiality: All client information and project details will remain confidential.
