I aim to please

Six years ago, I was a fresh-grad without any work experience. I tried my luck in the BPO industry and with determination, I got a job as a Technical Support Representative (COMCAST - cable, internet, and billing). To be honest, I don’t have any idea as to what my role was. All I know is that I want to keep that job and so I did everything to be good at what I do. I read books, lots of them to increase my vocabulary. I familiarize myself with all the tools that were given at my disposal. And it paid off; just about a year after they hired me, I was one of the top agents in my LOB (line of business). I tried customer service (Digital Room, Inc.) and banking (Capital One Financial-on boarding) and I realize I love challenges. And I love proving to everyone that I am a champion. In 2 years' time, I was promoted from customer service representative to Operations Support Lead.

So if you’re looking for a person who never backs down to any challenges, I’m glad to tell you that you found her. I am extremely productive in a stressful environment; I can work with minimal to no supervision. Also, I can multi-task and I work with a high degree of accuracy. Organizing is my hobby and I am detail-oriented and flexible.
