Our team is here to provide high-quality closed captioning and SRT services with a focus on accuracy, accessibility, and fast turnaround. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Hours of Operation:
We’re available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). During these hours, we’ll respond quickly and work efficiently to meet your project deadlines. If you have urgent needs outside of these hours, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Payment Terms:
We aim to keep things simple. Payments are due within 7 days of completing your project unless we’ve agreed otherwise. We accept payments through Guru’s SafePay, PayPal, or direct bank transfers, making the process secure and easy.

Preferred Communication:
To keep everything running smoothly, we prefer using Guru’s messaging system, email, or Zoom for video calls. This helps us stay organized and ensures nothing gets lost in the process. You can count on us to reply to your messages within 24 hours during business days.
