I have been involved in technical recruiting for 18+ years,
have 8 years professional software development experience, management experience and a B.A. in Psychology.

I believe my background is somewhat unique in that the technical background allows me to understand “technically” a clients needs and match them to a candidates’ background.

I recognize that I can best assist staffing needs by providing candidates who are both qualified and interested in what my client has to offer, and then delivering them on a timely basis.
