My first job was in 2008 as a customer service representative and sales coach for Teletech. I am grateful for the opportunity they have given me for work. They helped me enhance my communication skills and allowed me to take up leadership training throughout my stay.
In 2014, I joined with APD Manila, as a Verifications Specialist for Telstra. We cater to door knockers in Australia and assist them to close their sale for the day.
Years went by, I was promoted to a higher position as a compliance officer. We are often tagged as a "fault-finder" for it is our job to look into errors, misleading statements, or anything which could be regarded as derogatory. I have worked with Telstra, Australia's largest telco company. Just recently with Simply Energy one of Australia's leading electricity and gas provider.
