I am a gypsy professional whose experience crossed borders.
My professional journey spans across Hospitality, Banking, Information Services and E-Commerce industries. I had the chance to wear many hats and developed skills that are transferable.
Most recently, I was an AP Analyst at Lazada, one of the biggest E-Commerce companies in South East Asia. I processed high volumes of invoices, backlogged payments, tax submission and cost analysis. My achievement was to implement a purchase system which digitised and enhanced visibility of costs. I especially monitored and analysed Marketing costs. This experience triggered my interest in Marketing which began in the undergraduate days. In fact, my social media journey dated back to the teenage years when I blogged on Yahoo! 360°. I always believe Marketing is a science which is based on human emotions. It is an essential skill to excel in the corporate world and in life.
During my gap year, I climbed Rinjani, the second highest volcano in Indonesia. After hours of climbing on sharp rocks, the greatest challenge came at the end with the slippery gravel. It almost got the best of me but my will was stronger. I reached the summit despite taking two steps forward and one step back. The same perseverance is applied at work. When I am assigned something, I will study it thoroughly and complete it.

I hold a BA in Business Administration and English Language Studies from the University of Kent.
