I am currently in my final year of an undergraduate LLB Law Degree undertaken with a professional placement year which involved being a paralegal in Hugh James Solicitors based in Cardiff in the Nursing Care Department dealing with 90 of my own clients on a daily basis handling their claims. This work involved writing various appeal letters and correspondence with NHS bodies, Healthcare Professionals and clients.

After completing my placement year, I obtained a job at Victim Support which provides support to victims of crime and I work as an inbound agent on the telephones providing immediate emotional support and signposting onto various organisations. The work also includes the recording of calls on a log and various safeguarding forms to be completed.

Whilst working at Victim Support, I am also the head of advertising and marketing for a new start-up delivery laundry service- Wash Cycle. I have very recently completed my first advertisement video which has now been published on all their social media platforms, and I will shortly be releasing further videos.

Furthermore, I am currently completing work for a solicitor firms website creating a blog article on legal cases on 'unfair dismissal from work', which is to be published on their website shortly. I will share the content of this article once I have received confirmation that it has been published.
