I worked in the Call Center industry for 7 years. Dedicated years in perfecting my craft, climbed up the ladder and became a Quality Assurance Specialist on my third year in this industry. I handled different accounts like billing, customer service, and collections. I focused on my English fluency in the past 4 years and worked as a Senior English Teacher in 51talk from 2015 to 2019.
