I am a professional customer service and writer with an ICT certificate holder, with great knowledge and skills, with 2 years experience working across Kenya example; have worked with Kenya Red-cross Initiative as a volunteer and DOT Kenya Initiative training youth on Business Management and youth empowerment.
I have great digital skills, with an advanced computer skills. I have a passion in typing and can type-WPM,also with transcription knowledge. I perform very well in proofreading, data entry, phone etiquette, and i can also work with Excel sheets.
