Work Terms
Scope of Work: I will provide graphic design services for the project(s) as outlined in the project description and agreed upon by both parties. Any additional work required will be subject to separate agreement.
Delivery Schedule: I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project and deliver the final product(s) by the agreed upon deadline.
Revisions: I will provide up to 3 rounds of revisions for each project. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional charges.
Communication: I will maintain regular communication throughout the project via Guru.com messaging, email or any other agreed upon means of communication.
Payment: Payment will be made through Guru.com's SafePay Escrow system, and I will only begin work once the necessary funds have been deposited.
Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own all rights to the final design(s) created for the project(s).
Confidentiality: I will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details and will not disclose any such information to third parties without the client's express written consent.
Liability: I will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the final product(s) created for the project(s) or for any copyright infringement of any elements provided by the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the point of termination.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client is located.
