Before starting any project, I will require a detailed brief outlining your needs, objectives, and vision. Any changes or additional requests that fall outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

I am committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Timelines are agreed upon before work begins, and any delays will be communicated immediately. Please provide all necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

I value clear and open communication throughout the process. Please provide feedback and responses within 1 or 2 business days to ensure that we stay on track. I am available for consultations.

6. Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and the confidentiality of all materials provided. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your work.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel the project after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project is canceled before work begins, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
