Sr CAD Design Engineer

I am having 9 + years of experience in Mechanical engineering.
My ultimate aim is to provide good quality service with less price. I am having more than 11000 hours of work experience on Solid modeling & Detailing in different software’s (Pro-E, Creo 2.0, Solid works, Auto CAD).
I have experience in a variety of industries including heavy machinery, automotive, consumer products and semi conductor domains.
I have been full time employee for these clients AISIN (Toyota Group) REMY Inc., and John Deere. I have good experience on Creo 2.0 Software Sheet Metal Modeling and Detailing, Surface Modeling, Solid modeling which includes Castings, Jigs and Fixtures, Weldments.
Good Experience on Pro Piping, I used this module to route Fuel and Gas lines in construction and forestry vehicles.
I have good Knowledge on the large assemblies and can build and handle the large assemblies
I have executed task like building Test chambers like constructing the structures in Solid works by using Weldments sheet-metal.
I have build Casting parts for Drive Trains, air exhaust manifolds, Support brackets for After treatment devices,
Worked on the new concepts for cost deduction projects on casting converting sheet-metal to casting projects.
Having Experience in creating surface models for volume calculation and for analysis

Having experience on Conversion of IGES & STEP to Parametric modeling
