I've started my recruitment career as an Internal Sourcing talent at the age of 19, while taking 16 credits a semester and working 40+ hour weeks until my graduation fall of 2016. Upon completion I then took on the challenges of agency recruitment, winning several awards, and shattering quotas along the way. As a Corporate Recruiter, I've successfully revamped organizational culture while consistently surpassing hiring deadlines and handling the full life cycle recruitment process. With experience spanning a wide variety of talent, I have a proven track record of placing Sales talent across Fintech, SaaS , PaaS , IaaS into Hedge funds , Technology startups, and Value Added Resellers (VARS). On the Development front I have placed Object Oriented Developers coding various languages such as : Java , Python, .Net, C++ into Equity Derivative, Electronic Trading, Trade Capture, Market Risk, and other Front office teams for Fortune 50 Banks.
In the FAANG world I have been successful in procuring the top 1% of development talent across all venues and business lines for Meta, AWS & Apple.

Work Terms

I am available 7 days a Week from 9am EST To 6 pm . For most appointments please schedule a 3-4 hours in advance and I will do my best to accommodate with my availability.
