Microsoft Excel and Power BI Expert

I have 24 years of experience in Microsoft Excel related work. I have been assisting customers from US and Australia to have great looking Spreadsheets for the past 10 years here on Guru. I am a holder of dual bachelors degrees and hold memberships from multiple accounting bodies.

I can provide both one off and ongoing support and will do everything I can to delight my customers. Communication is my born skill and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Spreadsheet Expert I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the project in order to provide the best possible support to my customers.

I am a full-time freelancer and can work Australian or U.S. business hours.
