Work Terms

Consultation and Project Evaluation:

Initial consultations are free to discuss project goals and scope.
A detailed project plan, including timelines and costs, will be provided post-consultation.

Revisions and Feedback:

rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Timely feedback is essential to adhere to project schedules. Delays may result in adjusted delivery dates.

Communication and Availability:

Regular updates will be provided via email or video conferencing. Expect responses within 24 hours on business days.
Availability outside normal working hours can be arranged with prior notice, subject to additional fees.
Confidentiality and IP Ownership:

Client information and project details are kept confidential.
Upon full payment, the client owns all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including code and design assets.
Post-Project Support:

weeks of support post-completion is included for addressing any issues or questions.
Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Refunds are prorated based on work completed up to cancellation.
The initial retainer is non-refundable once work starts.

Portfolio Use and Attribution:

Completed work may be included in my portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
