Revisions:
I offer 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Revisions should be clearly outlined and provided in one batch to avoid confusion. Any significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Communication & Collaboration:
I prefer communication via Guru’s messaging system to ensure a clear record of all discussions. I will keep you updated with progress at key milestones and encourage open feedback to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

File Delivery & Formats:
Final files will be delivered in the format(s) agreed upon (e.g., MP4, MOV, etc.), and I will provide a downloadable link or file transfer once the project is complete. Please ensure that all raw materials are uploaded in the appropriate format for editing.

Confidentiality & Copyright:
All project details, raw footage, and final deliverables are treated as confidential. You will retain full copyright ownership of the final edited video once payment is made in full. I do not share your content or use it for promotional purposes without your permission.

Cancellation & Refunds:
If the project is canceled before the editing process begins, a full refund will be issued. However, once work has commenced, refund.
