I have both qualifications and experiences to complete this task successfully. I have a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, USA. and over 30 years of experience in Electromechanical design. I have good experience with MIL-ST-100 as well. For the last 5 years worked as consultant for PV solar system design and installation.Now retired and independent consultant in same field.
