The project scope, including deliverables and timelines, will be agreed upon before starting. Any additional work outside the initial agreement may require an adjustment in timeline or pricing.
Revisions:
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Delivery Time:
I’m committed to delivering within the agreed timeframe. Timely feedback is crucial to meeting deadlines. Delays due to late feedback or additional requests may adjust the timeline.
Confidentiality:
Your content and project details are confidential and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Payment Terms:
Payment is required upfront via Fiverr. For larger projects, milestone payments can be discussed. Final deliverables will be provided after full payment.
File Formats:
Final deliverables will be provided in your preferred format (e.g., MP4, MOV). Source files can be provided at an additional cost.
Rights and Usage:
Upon full payment, you own the final video. I may request permission to include the project in my portfolio, though you are under no obligation to agree.
Support and Follow-up:
I’m available for support even after project completion.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel, please notify me ASAP. A partial refund may be available depending on the work completed. No refunds for completed work.
