Work Terms
1. Work Terms: I provide high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines. I offer 2-3 revisions based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction. Once the scope of the project is confirmed, I aim to deliver on time while maintaining clear communication throughout.
2. Hours of Operation: I am available from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. For urgent matters, I may respond outside these hours if pre-arranged.
3. Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion. For hourly projects, payments are due weekly based on time logged. I use Guru's SafePay system for secure transactions.
4. Preferred Communication Style: I prefer communication through Guru messaging. I believe in timely updates and feedback to keep the project on track.
