Havenshire and its USA sister company Seneschal Incorporated primarily serve clients in North America and Europe with business consultancy and IT-related services, including a proprietary program for breakthrough commercialization of B2B innovations. Havenshire also provides M&A advice focused up to the mid market (up to about 50M turnover).
We offer a taster session for 'coaching' of businesses with at least 500k annual revenue. If in less than an hour we don't find at least 10k of ways for you to add to the bottom line (without resorting to just more marketing spend), the session is free of charge.
For innovations, we evaluate inventions for commercial potential, identify routes to initial revenue, translate between technical and business people, assist in developing strategy, find business partners that can gain commercial advantage by teaming up to bring an invention to market, and manage projects or provide initial executive capability for spin-out businesses. We have particular skill at engaging top executives in large multinationals on behalf of innovations.
Our IT-related services are a legacy line of business because we have some skills that our clients can't find elsewhere. Clients include Tata Steel (now British Steel), GSK, Kordsa Global, Invista, Du Pont and MCI / WorldCom (later acquired by another telecom company). Most of our technical work involves large complex custom (bespoke) software systems for realtime or near-realtime processing, often with extensive interaction with human workflow.
