Hello! Hazel from the Philippines, I'm 25 years old and an undergraduate student taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education. I was a receptionist for 9 months doing full-cycle work of marketing, data entry, passport handling, receiving calls, and maintaining customer relations by updating them or giving them information about our services. I also worked as a telemarketer for a printing solutions company before my work as a receptionist so basically I have 6 months' experience being a telemarketer my work is strictly outbound calls only and my manager does the paperwork because we aim to have a client.
Work Terms
I need some guidance first about how the CRM works and I need some script for outbound calls and can eventually adjust my phase because, to be honest, it is my first time working with U.S.-based clients and I know it's different. For payment terms, I only have a PayPal account for international money exchange. For work relations, I need a clear description so that I will not be bombarded with anything and I love to hear feedback from my client so that I will know what can I do to be better next time.
