Professional writing for health related topics: nutrition, physiology, medical, nursing, exercise, alternative health options and therapies, mental health, et al.

I live in the Madison Wisconsin area and have over 30 years of nursing experience up to and including clinical systems, documentation, management, leadership and other topics in healthcare.
I also love the outdoors and am an experienced road cycler, mountain biker and runner.
I feel best when I am able to utilize and use the principles of nursing and meshing them with physical fitness and health conditions to improve the lives of others.
