Hello, my name is Heather. Throughout grade school, I maintained a 3.8 GPA. My favorite subject was always english and literacy, subjects I excelled. I graduated high school in 2008 and proceeded to attend the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Interpersonal Communications. I maintained a 3.8 GPA during all 4 years of attendance and also achieved Dean's List honors every semester as well.

I am currently working in the Quality Assurance field. Amongst my job duties, I am responsible for quality reports, company documentation (SOPs, procedures, forms, etc), and training programs.

I believe my experience and education will enable me to perform any writing/editing/research task efficiently.

Work Terms
