Empathic UX Researcher with 13 years of experience in Media Librarianship. The library is the ultimate example of user experience: The librarian or archivist is the UX Professional, the library itself is the Information Architecture, and the library patrons are the users of the product.

My approach blends a background in research, communication, and a penchant for popular culture to solve problems and drive creativity. My experience includes bringing insights to life through compelling storytelling and synthesizing information into intuitive outputs for users.

Work Terms

My working hours are Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm (EST), with some availability on weekends. My preferred method of communication is email, text or Slack (if you have an account). Negotiable upon compensation.
