HC Property Net is run and owned by myself and I operate a full business of Residential Property Lettings from my home address. I am fully insured and backed to run a letting agency and with 22 years of experience I can assure you that you would be well looked after if you ever needed to call upon my services. I even welcome visitors on a daily basis and you are most welcome to visit me at any time.
Whilst I have a lot of information to share with you, I wanted to keep this message brief and just provide you with my new details and list below just some of the services I can provide which are in addition to the normal Letting Agent Services to allow you much more flexibility as a landlord:
* Tenant Find, Rent Collection & Total Management Services;
* Specialist in Assisting Self Management Landlords so we can provide any letting service on an adhoc basis as fixed prices, from reference a tenant to check in, check out, inspection, writing letters about breach of tenancy, the list is endless;
* I am here for you to call upon as and when you need so, so if you prefer not to pay an agent a monthly fee why not consider self management and call upon myself to assist when required
* I can also work for landlords on a timesheet basis, so an hourly rate. I can invoice monthly depending on the works completed so that you are in total control of finances
* I provide typing services from copy typing of textbook & PDF to PDF conversion
* I provide document scanning from 5p a copy

Work Terms
Hours of Operation are 1pm - 9pm Monday to Friday, weekends available from 2pm - 8pm Saturday & Sunday. Payment is due on completion or during works if milestones agreed, by BACS payment. Can accept payment by card if cardholder present and accept a 2.6% surcharge on payments.
