Everything is about creating a "wow-effect" visual concept to Your brand dinners, events, and window & in-store display

My name is Heleri Tamm. Over the years my passion has been creating a memorable impact on the projects I have worked on. I have decorated different store chain windows, being in charge and leading a big (over 100 people) team in retail, opening new stores with different concepts and renovating the "old" stores by giving them "the look". My goal is to create an easy to shop environment and "the wow factor" to all the projects I will work on.
I can offer my knowledge in the areas that I love (retail and managing the stores), my passion to work and people, and my loyalty to my employer.
In my previous jobs I have experienced parts of what HR department is doing daily bases, and I begin to like it. I have been Store Manager, and responsible for over a 100 employee at my previous job. I had to find the best candidates for the company so the work overall would be flawless.
I am a dynamic and ambitious person with a proactive approach. I get along well with people and I´m sure this is a benefit for this job.
Although I am an independent type of person, I am able to work in a team and bring things to a successful conclusion.
