I've been in the Customer Support field for 10 years. I've worked for JPMorgan-Chase, CapitalOne, Sallie Mae & Directv/ATT.
I began my career as a Customer Support Associate and since then I've developed expertise in email, chat, ticketing and phone based support. I have done admin tasks for customer accounts like data entry, updating accounts, processing and resolving disputes, walk through customer on "how to" , send emails for resolution and follow up, live chat with customer, reviewing and closing accounts. I have done admin support as a team lead,prepared MS excel reports and action plans. Evaluated calls for quality assurance. Conducted team meetings, huddles and coached to improve performance among other tasks.
