I am a freelance email deliverability specialist and email marketing professional. I focus on solving emails landing in the junk or spam folder. I use online tools for diagnosing email systems and applying fixes at the domain name, IP address or DNS level.

As an email deliverability specialist, I setup email accounts and configure sender authentication at the DNS level (DKIM, SPF, PTR and DMARC) to improve inbox deliverability of emails. I have helped resolved deliverability issues for transactional and marketing emails for a number of my clients.

I am also aware of best practices to observe for email marketing to prevent blacklisting of IP addresses and domain names.
