Work Terms

Communication: I believe that communication is key to a successful project. I will keep in touch with you throughout the entire process, providing updates and asking for your feedback regularly. I am available via email, Skype, or phone during normal business hours.

Timeline: I will provide you with a realistic timeline for your project, and I will work hard to meet all deadlines. If there are any delays or changes in the timeline, I will communicate this to you as soon as possible.

Quality: I take great pride in my work and strive to deliver the highest quality product possible. I will test all code thoroughly to ensure that it is functioning as expected, and I will provide you with a detailed testing plan if necessary.

Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and will sign a non-disclosure agreement if required.

Payment: I require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. I accept payment via Guru's SafePay system, PayPal, or wire transfer.

Revisions: I will provide up to three revisions of the final product free of charge. If additional revisions are required, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership: You will own all rights to the final product and all source code created during the project.

Support: I will provide you with support for a period of 30 days after the completion of the project. If additional support is required, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
