Work Terms
1 Hours of Operation: My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+8). However, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule to accommodate project deadlines and time-sensitive requests.
2 Payment Terms:I prefer a milestone-based payment system, with 50% payment at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion. For smaller projects, full payment upfront may be required. I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal.
3 Communication Style: Clear and consistent communication is key to the success of our collaboration. I am available for communication via biergaiqiao@gmail.com, Skype, or Slack. I aim to respond to all inquiries and messages within 24 hours during weekdays. For project updates and discussions, I prefer scheduled meetings, either weekly or bi-weekly, to ensure we are aligned and to address any concerns promptly.
4 Preferred Project Management Tools: I am comfortable using Trello, Asana, or Jira for project management and tracking. However, I am open to adapting to any specific tools or systems that you prefer for your project management needs.
5 Feedback and Revisions: I welcome constructive feedback and offer up to two rounds of revisions on deliverables to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product. Additional revisions can be discussed and may be subject to additional charges, depending on the scope of work.
