Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT + 5:30). Meetings or calls can be scheduled outside of these hours by appointment to accommodate different time zones and urgent needs.

Payment Terms:

Payment Method: I accept payments via [Payoneer bank transfer, etc.]. Please specify your preferred method when we start our project.
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued biweekly or upon reaching agreed-upon project milestones.
Payment Due: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. For longer projects, payments can be scheduled in installments, typically with a deposit, interim payments, and a final payment upon project completion.
Deposits: A 30% deposit is required upfront for larger projects to secure the start date. The remaining balance will be divided according to project milestones, with the final payment due upon delivery of the completed project.
Preferred Communication:

Primary Communication: hetrajsinhraj@gmail.com is my preferred method for most communication, ensuring there is a clear record of all discussions and agreements. I also use project management tools like Trello or Asana to track progress and collaborate efficiently.
Meetings: For more detailed discussions, I prefer using video calls via Zoom or Google Meet. These platforms allow us to share screens and discuss designs and developments in real time.
Response Time: I aim to respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, I can be reached via [instant messaging service, e.g., Slack] for quicker responses.
Project Management:
