Work Terms

1. Communication:
I prioritize clear, open communication. I will respond to messages within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). I’ll ensure we’re always aligned on expectations.

2. Project Scope:
Before starting any project, I will collaborate with you to define the scope, timelines, and deliverables. Any additional work outside the initial scope will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms:

Hourly Rate: $10
Fixed-Price Projects: A clear breakdown of tasks and the agreed price will be provided before the project begins.
Payment Schedule: I require 50% upfront for larger projects, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and client approval.
Payments will be processed through Guru’s escrow system for security.
4. Revisions:
I offer 3 rounds of revisions for every project to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

5. Deadlines:
Timely delivery is crucial to me. I will ensure to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, I’ll communicate any changes as soon as possible.

6. Confidentiality:
I respect the privacy of all clients and maintain strict confidentiality for all projects. All information shared during our collaboration will be kept private and used solely for project purposes.

7. Ownership:
Once full payment has been made, you will own the final deliverables. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

8. Cancellation/Termination:
If for any reason the project is canceled, the client will pay for work completed up until the point of cancellation. If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, written notice must be provided.

9. Support:
After project completion, I offer 5 days of support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additional support will be billed at my hourly rate.
