Work Terms

To ensure a clear and productive collaboration, please review the following work terms outlining my hours of operation, payment terms, and preferred communication methods:​

Hours of Operation:

Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT).​

Time Zone Consideration: For clients in different time zones, I am open to scheduling meetings or discussions at mutually convenient times.​

Payment Terms:

Rates: My services are billed at a rate of $10 per hour/project.​

Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of agreed-upon milestones or at the end of the project, as specified in our contract.​

Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 15 days from the invoice date.​

Late Payment Terms: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.​

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and PayPal.​

Preferred Communication:

Primary Channels: Portal and Slack are preferred for regular communication.​

Response Time: I strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days.​

Meetings: Virtual meetings can be scheduled via Zoom or Microsoft Teams as needed.​
