Work Terms

HIB Advisory Services begins with a free initial consultation to understand the client’s needs and project scope. Afterward, a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs is provided. All projects have a defined scope and timeline, with any changes requiring a revised agreement. A payment of 25% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or milestone deliveries. Regular updates and reports will be provided, with meetings scheduled as needed to discuss progress. All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Either party can terminate the agreement with a 14-day notice, with payment required for work completed up to the termination date. Two rounds of revisions are included per phase to ensure the project stays on track.
