Work Terms

We work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm local time in Thailand, but we can be very flexible and adjust our working hours depending on our clients needs.

Communication are done over the Phone, Teams, Skype, Google Meetings

Payment Terms:

For projects over USD 1000.

We charge 25% up front and depending on the size of the project we will set some milestones each connected to a payment. The last invoice is sent after acceptance of delivered work.

For projects below USD 1000

We want 50% up-front and the rest is paid after acceptance of delivered work.

We provide a 90-day guarantee on all fixed priced commitments where we fix any issues related to our delivered work found during that period of time.

All of the above can be negotiated to fit all parties.
