1) Work and discuss the requirements completely with the customer to understand the needs of the customer.
2) Upon understanding the requirements, create a sample mock up and send it to the customer for the approval.
3) Create a detailed plan for the development process and create different modules for the development process.
4) Work on the different modules and also test them side by side completely so that it won't break during the final testing.
5) After the development is complete, test the project completely and deliver it to the customers.
6) Help the customer in testing the different aspects of the project and have the feedback.
7) Discuss with the customer if any new change is required and make the required changes and deliver the project to the customer.
