I provide a professional virtual assistant service, allowing my clients to save time to focus on their business

I have worked in customer service my entire working life. Starting out as a waitress at age 16, I was promoted to supervisor at 18 and stayed on for another year before I moved to retail. I was hired straight away as a supervisor and then promoted to assistant manager after a further year. These customer facing roles gave me a great foundation and I learnt the value of listening to customer needs and fulfilling them, whilst at the same time, staying loyal to the company's ethics.

I took a year out to travel and then completed a course in business administration. After that I started working in a property management office where I could put my admin training into practice. I moved on from there to work at a health spa as an assistant manager of a busy reservations office. I reduced my hours to part time whilst I studied for a degree in creative and media writing.

My responsibilities for these jobs included cash handling, delegating tasks to the team I was supervising, driving up sales, dealing with customer queries and complaints, call handling, email formatting, marketing, presentation drafting and execution and general day-to-day running of the business.

I left the spa to start my own virtual assistant & freelance writing business as I enjoy office work and I love writing. I delight in having the freedom to work from home and not have to commute anymore.

My areas of strength include excellent customer service skills, listening to my clients to deliver exactly what they want, a lot of patience and attention to detail. I am highly professional yet friendly at all times, proactive and am not afraid to take initiative.

Work Terms

Hours of operation: Able to customize to suit my client's needs

Payment Terms:
Short Term Services - 50% is due to start the service. Remainder of 50% due immediately upon completion.
Long Term Services - A negotiable retainer is due to start services. Arrangements for regular payments of ongoing services are to be discussed
