Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

- Working hours: Monday - Sunday

2. Payment Terms

- Rate: $0.025 per word
- Payment methods: Crypto, PayPal and Payoneer
- Payment deadline: 7 days from invoice date

3. Communication

- Preferred communication channels: Email:tforsale1234@gmail.com
- Response protocol: Acknowledgment within 1 hours, detailed response within 4 hours

4. Translation Process

- File formats: Word (.docx), PDF, Excel (.xlsx)
- Translation memory: Trados, Smartcat
- Review and revision: Two-stage review process (translator and proofreader)

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

- Confidentiality agreement: All client materials are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Data protection: Encryption, secure servers, and access controls.

6. Quality Assurance

- Quality standards: ISO 17100
- Error reporting: Client reports errors within 7 days; corrections made within 2 days
