• Consumer protection laws
• GM Field action review processes including Port activities.
• GM customer satisfaction objectives (Warranty, Customer survey) and brand health.

• Problem definition, root cause analysis, evaluation of likelihood & consequence of a reported condition by drawing upon appropriate internal and external resources.

• Assess and provide independent recommendations for escalated vehicle cases from both internal and external sources; (Including vehicle thermal incidents, air bag / seatbelt pre-tensioners deployment and operation of other safety
