About

My mission is to help you maximize your human resources!

I am an HR professional with 24 years of exempt-level HR management experience, during which time I have worked with organizations large and small, helping them to maximize their greatest asset - their people! In addition to my hands-on experience, I have a BA in Organizational Communication and hold both SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional) certifications.

In my spare time, I am an avid runner and animal rescuer and volunteer with the Humane Society of Charlotte, the Humane Society of the US, and sit on the board of the Golden Retriever Rescue Club of Charlotte.

Work Terms

While I am happy to work by the hour, I have found that it is generally beneficial to both my clients & myself to work on a project-fee basis. This allows my client to accurately anticipate costs while also allowing me to spend as much time as I need perfecting the project (within the agreed-upon time frame, of course!) without worrying about watching the clock.
