Set the right platform for professionals to take right initiatives to practice right Human Resource Management skills with right measures for its sustainability and improvements!

I am a qualified HR Practitioner with 16+ years of corporate exposure and 10+ years of HR industry exposure. I have served mainly in educational, manufacturing, IT, Travel & Tourism and Insurance industries starting from executive grade to senior manager grade. I have gained experience and learning of each HR function in operational and developmental work and practiced Best HR practices in each oragnisation. Moreover, I have voluntarily involved in project work and have led teams to succeed in set objectives successfully.

Today I own a company and working as a Consultant, Trainer, Coach, Mentor and a Recruiter. Human Resource Management Support (Pvt) Ltd is a result of my hard work, knowledge and experience. If talk about my qualifications, I have primarily a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) from SL. Further, I am qualified as a Teacher/Lecturer and have a diploma in IT. Also, I have gained Six Sigma Yellow Belt and read for Scrum Master Fundamentals.

As a person, I love to visit beautiful places, love travelling and wildlife. I am a movie fan too and love music. I am also a good reader and a researcher in finding out about life's little mysteries. I've also got a lively bunch of family and friends that I spend my time either visiting them or on my phone.

Work Terms

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Times: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sri Lankan time i.e. GMT + 5:30)

Payment method will be vary according to the service provide. Usual Consultation fee is $15 per hour.
